Installing and Implementing IT solutions and services Providing proactive & reactive IT assistance, sometimes remotely and other times at the hotel themselves Writing up internal & customer documentation as required Liaising with customers and suppliers, escalating issues as appropriate Logging and resolving IT issues within the SLA Undertake on-site visits to customers in the South and London areas Out of hours IT Support cover – for critical issues (on call rota) Position Requirements
Full UK Driving License Experience using Active Directory Knowledge in Windows Operating Systems 2/3 years in a similar role Experience in vSphere, ESXi, Office 365 networking/LAN, Mitel, 3CX Hotel PMS & POS Systems – Not essential Flexible Position Remuneration
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 18:00pm hour lunch Office based unless needed to visit one of their customers Salary £22,000 – 32,000 DOE 28 days holiday including bank holidays Pension Scheme Being part of a positive, rewarding & enjoyable environment
