2nd Line Support Engineer
Up to £180 - 200 per day

Hook, Hampshire middle is partnered exclusively with a fast-growing MSP (IT Consultancy) based in Hook to find a contract 2nd Line Engineer. You will be customer facing to educate and onboard the technical side of the client process (not doing sales!), helping the founders and team to set up MSP SOPs, documentation, and processes, while offering 2nd/3rd line support for the managed services clients already onboard. Ideal Skills: Virtualization package experience (V2 Cloud, Hyper-V, VMWare, Oracle VM Virtual Box, Citrix Workspace). Proficient experience within Windows and Mac environments. O365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience. Good understanding of documentation and processes to implement. Microsoft and SQL server experience.
