Plan and execute server upgrades and system improvements. Maintain and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot networks and support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Collaborate with the team to ensure system security, performance, and compliance. Requirements: 5+ years in IT support, with in-depth Microsoft expertise. Strong knowledge of networking, server upgrades, and virtualization.
