2nd Line Support Engineer.

You'll resolve technical challenges, perform server upgrades, and contribute to key IT projects. Key Responsibilities: Resolve 2nd line support issues and manage escalations. Plan and execute server upgrades and system improvements. Maintain and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot networks and support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Collaborate with the team to ensure system security, performance, and compliance. Requirements: 5+ years in IT support, with in-depth Microsoft expertise. Strong knowledge of networking, server upgrades, and virtualization.
