An opportunity has opened for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a specialist IT services company based in Newmarket. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 2nd line support and possess excellent phone and customer service skills.

Experience working within 2nd Line support Strong Microsoft biased background Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory administration experience Knowledge of Virtualisation - VMWare Maintenance and installation of Windows OS and servers Basic IT infrastructure knowledge Great phone manner and customer service
2nd Line Support Engineer Responsibilities: Providing IT support up to 2nd line Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory administration Installation and administration of new systems Diagnosing software faults Daily checks on cloud software and external hardware Opportunity to work on client projects
