Line Support Engineer to support the business's growth. For this role, you will require exceptional technical support abilities, be customer-focused, work well in a tight-knit team, and have an eagerness for learning new technical skills and disciplines. Main duties and responsibilities: Technical diagnostics. Resolving both software and hardware issues efficiently and to a great standard. Microsoft 365 diagnostics and administration. Supporting Microsoft Office, Exchange, OneDrive, and adhering to security best practices. Windows Server 2016 – 2022 Support including Active Directory and Group Policy. Virtualisation technology including VMWare and Hyper-V. Monitoring, administration, and support of network technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, and VPNs. Supporting users via remote desktop, RDP, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Desirable Skills & Experience: CompTIA A+ / Network+ qualifications or equivalent experience. MS MCP/MCSA in relevant technologies. ITIL Foundation Certificate. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certifications. What’s in it for me?
