Up to £35,500 per annum - 37 hours per week Quantum Care is a not-for-profit company providing high-quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. The ideal candidate must have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They will need to show patience and empathy to some non-tech savvy staff, who may need that extra bit of time to understand what is required. There will be some opportunities to get involved in project work and have a real impact on Quantum's future development. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Deal with all user queries and act as the 2nd line but also 1st and some 3rd line support. Support users both over the phone, using our remote tools, or directly at site locations. Travel is essential across Herts, Beds, and Essex, so a full clean driver's license, with access to your own vehicle, is essential. This is an office-based role, working from our head office site at Welwyn Garden City. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries. Rewards & Benefits:
