We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding Construction team in the Shropshire area. This is a permanent full-time role with competitive salary package and associated benefits for the position.
The Site Manager must have Site Management Safety Training Scheme ( SMSTS ) qualification, driving licence and ideally have:
CITB Temporary Works Supervisor (TWSTC) Course
First Aid
Fire Warden
CDM regulations
CSCS not essential
You must be able to:
Communicate fully with the Contract team and Lead and support the site team
Management of sub-contractors to achieve the project requirements
Delivery of projects on time, on budget and to a very high standard
Ensure all-relevant Health and Safety Procedures/Legislation are adhered to.
Project reporting and administration, confidence with word and excel
