Overview:
Tiny Tots Nursery, a children's nursery in Cumbernauld, catering to children from birth to 5 years of age, is seeking a dedicated 3-4's Room Senior to join our passionate team. As our business continues to grow, we are committed to providing high-quality care in a nurturing environment for children and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and drive in managing the nursery room effectively Oversee childcare activities and ensure the well-being of all children Utilise your expertise in early childhood education to create engaging and educational experiences Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and families Foster a supportive and safe environment for all children in the nursery Collaborate with the team to maintain a cohesive and positive atmosphere Requirements:
Qualified Early Years Practitioner with a HNC in Early Learning & Childcare/Childhood Practice Desirably a leadership qualification in Early Years such as PDA, HND or B.A. in Childhood Practice/Studies Demonstrated experience working with children in a nursery setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written Excellent communication skills to engage with children, colleagues, and families Join our team at Tiny Tots Nursery as a 3-4 Senior and contribute to our child-led and nurture-based approach.
