3-7 PQE Commercial Lawyer - International Manufacturing Business
We are delighted to be working exclusively with a global manufacturing business which partners with some of the biggest brands and household name retailers in the world.
Reporting directly into the fantastic General Counsel, you will be working autonomously on:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with key customers; Advising the business on bids and tenders; Building relationships in the business with key stakeholders; Assisting on the training, education and implementation of legal operations, processes and procedures in the business.
Personality wise, the business is looking for someone who is adaptable and excited by a challenge. It is also key that you are able to forge relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
You will be circa 3-7 PQE and have significant commercial contracts experience. This is a fantastic first in-house opportunity for a lawyer currently in private practice, seeking a first in-house move into a collegiate legal team and highly exciting sector. Or, if you are already working in-house and seeking more exposure, impact, and responsibility, and the ability to be part of building and shaping a well-oiled legal function, then this offers that.
The business operates a hybrid working policy and there is a requirement for 3 days per week in the East Midlands office.
The salary and package is a range depending on PQE level and experience but includes some fantastic wider perks and additional cash allowances.
