Our client is a reputable professional services organisation with a customer base that includes household names and brands. They are seeking a commercial lawyer to join a tight-knit legal team where you will advise on:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating business critical customer contracts, as well as contracts with suppliers; * Advising on IP, GDPR and general legal & compliance matters; * Negotiating construction related contracts i.e. JCT / NEC contracts; * Managing relationships with key stakeholders and advising on ad hoc legal queries.
You will be a minimum of 3 PQE and be able to to negotiate commercial contracts with complete autonomy.
The business operates a hybrid working policy so you will be able to commit to some office presence in the Birmingham office.
The salary is between £60,000 and £75,000 and offers a £6,000 car allowance, 7% employer pension contributions plus private medical insurance.
