Join the Team at a Primary School in Newark, Nottinghamshire – Teaching Assistant Positions Available! A primary school in Newark, Nottinghamshire is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We have three exciting Teaching Assistant positions available: Position 1 – Part-Time ASD Support for Year 2 (1 Day a Week)

Role : Support a Year 2 student with ASD Hours : 1 day per week Responsibilities : Provide tailored support for learning and social development, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Experience : Previous experience working with children with ASD is required. Education/Qualifications :

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Knowledge of ASD and experience working in a SEND setting is essential

Pay : £84 to £94 per day, dependent on experience Position 2 & 3 – Full-Time ASD Support for EYFS/Year 1

Role : Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with ASD in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Year 1. Hours : Full-time (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities : Assist in developing individual learning plans, support social interaction, and help children engage fully in the curriculum. Experience : Previous experience working with young children with ASD is essential. Education/Qualifications :

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Level 3 qualification in Education or SEND support is desirable Strong knowledge of ASD and SEND practices
