We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team in Billericay, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take control of their earning potential with uncapped commission. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement. You’ll work across a variety of industries, providing tailored recruitment solutions and building long-lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management:

Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to develop a consistent pipeline of business. Candidate Sourcing:

Use job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements. Relationship Building:

Develop trust and rapport with both clients and candidates, ensuring excellent service delivery at every stage of the recruitment process. Consultative Selling:

Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner. Full Recruitment Cycle Management:

Handle job postings, applications, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. Achieving Targets:

Work towards agreed KPIs and revenue targets, consistently exceeding expectations to maximise earning potential. What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role, with a proven track record of billing and meeting targets. Sales Skills:

Strong business development and account management skills, with the ability to close deals effectively. Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a professional approach to client and candidate interaction. Organisation:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ambition:

A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and earning substantial rewards. Knowledge of Recruitment Tools:

Familiarity with CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable. What’s in It for You?
