We have a team of 8 consultants within the office that are recruiting into Industrial and driving sectors across the East Midlands area. Job Role for the 360 Recruitment Consultant
Resource candidates for various clients Develop relationships with new and existing clients to maximise opportunities and develop a profitable desk Grow your client base and revenue through phone and face-to-face business development activity Ensure all your candidates are compliant to work On-call will be involved in this role and this will be on a rota basis Individual targets and KPIs for consultants Advertising roles on various Job Boards & Social Media We will work with you to develop your skills, enabling you to progress within either sector. Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Previous experience in recruitment Sales experience Client relationship building Great time management and organisation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to succeed Due to the type of role this is, we would really like the right person to have at least 1 year's experience working in an agency.
