Fuelled by growth and success, we are seeking an experienced 360 Search Consultant to join our
Space & Satellite
team. We focus on mid-senior level hires such as the Chief Robotics Officers and their teams that are building robots to go to space. Alongside our HQ in Brighton and US HQ in New York, we have set up a shiny new office just outside of London in St Albans. We are looking to build a strong collaborative team culture with a hybrid 3 days a week role.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within technology. No Space & Satellite industry experience needed - we will get you up to speed on that!
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across a variety of different roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.
Hybrid working model – 3 days in our St Albans office.
