backgrounds. As a consultant with some success, you will already have an understanding of what excellence looks like. We need a strong track record of successful sourcing as well as success in business development, networking, and the ability to build strong relationships. Sourcing Excellence : Identify and curate top-tier candidates. Client Engagement : Pitch to clients, build relationships, and provide consultancy on market trends. Market Mapping : Dive into in-depth research and uncover opportunities. Business Development : Forge and grow partnerships with some of the most exciting names in the industry. You'll join a team that champions excellence and innovation, providing exposure to top clients, diverse projects, and exciting career growth opportunities. With support from a collaborative, high-performance environment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global talent acquisition. This position offers a hybrid work pattern from our central London office. Salary : up to £50k base Commission : Not tied to a threshold and is up to 50%.
