Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on complex M&A and private equity transactions involving distressed assets and hybrid capital. * Collaborating across the firm's M&A/PE, restructuring, and finance practices to deliver innovative solutions. * Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing deal execution. * Staying abreast of market trends and regulatory developments in special situations and restructuring transactions.
Key Qualifications:
* A minimum of four years of relevant experience in M&A, private equity, restructuring, or finance. * Strong interest and expertise in distressed M&A, preferred equity investments, and structured transactions. * Qualification to practice law in New York. * Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $420,000, based on experience and qualifications. * Potential for performance-based bonuses. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
