The 3rd Line IT Support Engineer role will have varied responsibilities across both BAU support escalations, and project-focused work.
You will effectively sit above a talented team of Service Desk Engineers, dealing with support escalations, as well as overlapping into the infrastructure space with the company's highly-skilled Infrastructure specialists.
The role will be central to the overall IT function, and you will have the seniority to take ownership of service tickets, ensuring that the best possible service is to end-users.
You will operate in a very hands-on, technical capacity, covering high-level support of virtualised and physical server environments, as well as core Microsoft technologies, such as Office365 and Active Directory.
3rd Line experience is required with a deep commercial focus on:
Windows Server
VMware
Active Directory
Office365
ITIL
