Line Engineerwho can join our dynamic technical services team within Trooli to handle the complex and critical technical issues escalated from our 1 st

and 2 nd

line support engineers. The role is vital for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our network and services. If this sounds like you, please click 'apply'! The role: The role will cover all aspects of the internal IT systems from desktop and server support through to cloud and data centre management. More specifically, day to day you will be: Configuring and installing hardware in both office and data centre environments Provisioning new network services and deploying software applications Ensuring seamless integration and performance of networking components Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues and projects Maintaining and optimising ESXi infrastructure and VMware environments. Leading and participating in software and hardware deployment projects Skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar 3 rd

line support engineer role Extensive hands-on experience with Linux operating systems Proficiency in Microsoft desktop and server operating systems. Strong knowledge of Azure/Office 365, MDM solutions, and VMware ESXi/ vSphere Experience with MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Direct experience or significant involvement in software and hardware deployment projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field ITIL Foundation Certificate is desirable VMware Certified Professional (VCP) is desirable Why Trooli: At Trooli, we are passionate about innovation and excellence.
