Extensive experience in client-facing 3rd line IT support Proficiency in Windows Server 2008-2022, Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure AD Strong networking and firewall knowledge Excellent communication skills Willingness to work on-site as needed (minimal overnight stays) Desirable Skills:
VMWare Cisco networking PowerShell scripting Power BI / Reporting Your Role:
Provide technical expertise across multiple environments Design and implement new solutions Manage IT assets and documentation Contribute to resource planning and performance monitoring Build strong client relationships Serve as an escalation point for support calls On Offer:
