Windows Support 3rd Line Engineer , you will have: Extensive experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365. Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and networking (VLANs, VPNs). Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience with backup technologies (e.g., Veaam) and SAN technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
