A leading main contractor is looking for an innovative and dynamic 4D Planner to join their team on a major £350 million project in Cambridge. This is your chance to work on a flagship scheme where cutting-edge technology and world-class delivery come together. We're looking for a digitally driven individual with a creative mindset who thrives on collaboration and wants to play a key role in transforming how projects are delivered. As a 4D Planner, you'll be at the forefront of integrating 4D modeling and digital delivery tools into every stage of this exciting project. Working closely with engineering and delivery teams, you'll bridge the gap between planning and execution, enabling real-time collaboration, smarter decision-making, and exceptional outcomes. Duties Developing and managing 4D construction schedules linked to data-rich 3D models. Facilitating digital rehearsals and collaborative reviews with stakeholders. Driving the adoption of digital delivery tools such as Digital Field Management and Data Analytics. Supporting project teams in delivering key milestones on time and within budget. Being an advocate for innovation, influencing change, and promoting digital best practices. Candidate Proven experience in 4D planning or digital construction within infrastructure or major projects. A strong understanding of 4D modeling software such as Synchro or Navisworks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. A passion for digital delivery and a drive to push boundaries in the construction industry. Offer Starting salary of between £50-65,000 per annum Company car or annual car allowance Travel expenses 27 days annual leave plus option to buy an additional 5 days + bank holidays Ongoing training and development in the latest digital delivery tools and methodologies.
