As a Private Equity Associate, you will: Handle private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions, including senior secured term loans, cash flow and ABL revolving credit facilities, and mezzanine credit facilities. Manage and draft critical documentation such as commitment letters, term sheets, fee letters, and collateral agreements. Collaborate with industry-leading partners and engage directly with a variety of clients on sophisticated financing matters.
Key Qualifications A minimum of 3 years' experience in private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions. Prior experience with lender-side representation is preferred. A JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York bar. Direct experience at an Am Law 100 firm or with the SEC.
