Job posted: 21/01/2025 Organisation: Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action Occupation: Communications, Marketing and Media Reference: VG/50927838B/ The Manager, Water Register Change and Communications plays a key role in the successful delivery of the Victorian Water Register (VWR) Program by proactively leading the communications, engagement, and change management activities for the program. This involves maintaining a high level of stakeholder engagement with and support for the VWR Program, including maximising the benefits of change by identifying the impact on people, getting them ready for change, managing any resistance to change, and maximising change adoption. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Significant demonstrated experience in successful organisational change management delivery for ICT projects is desirable, including change management planning, change impact assessments, stakeholder communication, and engagement. Demonstrated experience working with a variety of project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall will be highly regarded. Formal qualifications in organisational change management, communications, or a related field are desirable. Change Analysis: Assesses the business impacts of the proposed change, taking into consideration the business and technical impacts and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the "business as usual" environment. Assists the user community through the transition period and liaises with the project team and stakeholders for change planning activities. This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
