MCS Group is seeking Implementation Consultants to join an innovative family-run business in Cookstown as they continue to expand their teams to service an ever-growing list of clients. In this role you will help implement bespoke warehouse CRM systems, helping them onboard tailored products, being that technical go between your clients and Technical teams.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will:
Take new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring their needs are met and communicated back to your development teams
Ensure the software is implemented correctly, and coordinate this process from post-sales to implementation
Ensure your clients are kept up to date with their evolving needs post-implementation
Needed to succeed:
Software implementation experience - even if you have done this as part of a university project or in a commercial setting
A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
The ability to tease out client needs, and then meet them with technical solutions
Project management skills or ERP / CRM implementation experience would be a huge advantage
