Configure and manage Workday HCM/Financial/Payroll modules as the primary focus, ensuring efficient setup and optimization of business processes. Support additional functional areas. Design and implement Workday business processes by configuring condition rules and complex calculated fields, ensuring the system meets evolving business needs. Configure and customize Workday functionalities to meet specific business needs. Skills/Must have:
Extensive knowledge of Workday configuration, including business process design and configuration, condition rules, and complex calculated fields. Exposure to a variety of Workday functional areas including Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, and Payroll Management. Experience with open-source frameworks, or one of the following: .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, or Express. Benefits:
