Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex IT challenges, minimizing disruptions.
Maintain and optimise their Aruba core network and VMware vCloud Director private cloud environment, including tenant provisioning, capacity planning, and monitoring.
Install, configure, and manage IT systems, software, and peripherals to ensure security and peak performance.
Handle network administration with a focus on enterprise-grade technologies like Aruba, Cisco, and Sophos firewalls.
Provide training and guidance to enhance technical proficiency across the team.
Respond to IT tickets with efficiency, ensuring thorough documentation of solutions.
Lead network documentation and reporting aligned with ISO27001 standards.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years in systems integration or consulting, with expertise in virtualization, server, and networking technologies.
Strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
VMware (ESXi, vSphere) expertise, with additional experience in Cloud Director, Aria Operations, and NSX considered a plus.
Proficiency in networking (EVPN, Layer-3 routing), enterprise switches (Aruba/Cisco), and firewalls (Sophos XGS).
Experience with monitoring tools like LibreNMS or PRTG.
