Responsibilities:
Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) enterprise servers and equipment in data centres.
Follow documented procedures to deliver installation and support services.
Conduct site assessments and update customer closure procedures.
Solve IT challenges and ensure deployments meet industry standards.
Maintain/gain industry qualifications relevant to the IMAC team.
Collaborate with internal PMO to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Skills/Must Have:
Experience with Dell EMC enterprise servers and data centre environments.
Hands-on expertise in IMAC tasks and processes.
Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel.
SC Clearable (must meet eligibility for security clearance).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

£35,000 - £38,000
