Join our team as a 999 Clinical Advisor, providing critical advice and support to patients in emergency/non-emergency situations. This position is essential for ensuring timely and effective medical intervention in our Clinical Hub located in Bicester.
Day-to-day of the role:
Assess and prioritise emergency calls to provide appropriate clinical advice.
Coordinate with emergency services to ensure swift response and patient care.
Utilise clinical knowledge to guide patients and provide reassurance during emergencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Registered General Nurse or Paramedic with experience in one or more of the following areas is essential:
Accident and Emergency Nurse (A&E)
Paramedic
Community Nursing
Staff Nursing
Prison Nursing
Candidates must be able to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions quickly.
Excellent communication skills are required to effectively guide and reassure patients during emergencies.
Ability to work days and nights ideally.
Training:
Duration: 2 weeks full-time training (Monday – Friday)
Content: Comprehensive training covering emergency protocols, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
