All training is provided internally by ABC Teachers, on a full or part time basis. About the role The desired candidate would be working in the capacity of a Cover supervisor, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils. This can either be full or part-time dependent on your circumstances.The suitable candidate would be provided with the appropriate training and support for this role.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment.Maintain discipline and manage behaviour in accordance with school policies.Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.Adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups as required.
