They are seeking a talented, driven OSP Engineering Manager to join their growing company. As the OSP Engineering Manager, you'll lead the charge in creating and maintaining our OSP infrastructure. You'll collaborate with various departments and external partners to ensure the network remains robust and efficient. Your role is pivotal in driving the long-term success of their OSP Engineering and ISP projects. Responsibilities: Utilize expertise in OSP engineering and construction to oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure. Collaborate closely with Construction, Project Management, Network Engineering, Network Operations, A&E partners, vendors, and management to meet project objectives. Build and lead a team to support OSP Engineering, ISP Engineering, GIS, and OSP Project Management needs. Manage external A&E resources effectively to meet project requirements. Establish GIS and inventory mapping systems, documenting infrastructure and topologies accurately. Develop, implement, and maintain OSP/ISP Engineering Best Practice documentation. Research and evaluate new hardware, materials, and construction practices to optimize service delivery. Lead new plant installations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulations. Provide regular project status updates, accurate cost budgets, and forecasts. Contribute to network planning and deployment strategy development. Act as a subject matter expert and provide assistance to other teams as needed. Participate in vendor selection and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Promote our products positively through interactions with stakeholders. Skills/Must have: Strong knowledge of OSP engineering and construction principles. Experience in team leadership and project management. Proficiency in GIS and inventory mapping systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to research and implement industry best practices. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
