Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting Azure AD-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system. Administer Azure AD accounts, groups, and policies, ensuring proper access control and security measures are in place. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Azure AD with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless user authentication and authorization processes. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of users, including provisioning and deprovisioning accounts and access rights in Azure AD. Skills/Must have:
Azure AD Public Trust Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions. Salary:
