Do you hold a professional clinical qualification such as registered nurse, allied health professional etc with experience of working in the field of children, young people and families?

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Team Leader to join our Children and Young People team.

This is an exciting time to join the service with opportunities to work with a wide range of stakeholder's and in partnership with other agencies.

Children and Young People (CYP) referred to Children's Continuing Care service delivers a high-quality service ensuring that the child, family, and carers are at the heart of a personalisation approach.

This role requires working across Children's Continuing Care, including Children and Young People who are eligible for S117 funding.
