What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the Finances:
Masterfully handle cash, cheques, and receipts to keep the finances flowing effortlessly. Take Charge of Invoices:
Oversee creditor invoices, resolve supplier queries, and manage essential charges for insurance, utilities, and repairs. Run Payments Like a Pro:
Manage weekly payment batches with speed and precision, ensuring all transactions are spot on. Client Reporting & VAT:
Deliver clear, detailed client statements, handle VAT returns, and provide crucial ad-hoc reports. Keep Records Pristine:
Stay on top of maintaining accurate records for clients, tenants, and creditors. Collaborate & Conquer:
Partner with the property management team to enhance processes and deliver exceptional service. What You Bring:
Proven experience in a finance role within the property management sector. Hands-on knowledge of property management accounting systems like Tramps, Yardi, Propman, or similar. Excel Wizardry: Intermediate Excel skills to handle spreadsheets and generate insightful reports. AAT Level 4 Qualification, or you're close to completing it! Why You’ll Love It Here:
