Absolute Law Recruitment are working with a well-established Law Firm in Kent who are seeking a
Private Client Solicitor
to join their Team. You will either be a
Senior Associate or Associate
with a minimum of 3 years PQE working within probate. Ideally, you will work with minimum supervision to complete a varied range of responsibilities, including Estate Administration and Probate. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out client's instructions in the most efficient and expedient way, having regard to the firm's professional and procedural standards. Maintain accurate records and an efficient and tidy filing system. Meet budgeted fees and profit targets where applicable. Organise diary and prioritise work. Provide accurate progress reports for the client at regular intervals. Deal effectively with client queries by telephone or by clear and detailed letter. Skills Required:
Ability and willingness to help and encourage less senior members of the department. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to organise and run a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
