Real Group Ltd, is recruiting an Academic administration and data officer to work across our validated Masters programmes. We are keen to hear from applicants with experience in academic administration and/or academic data officer roles. This role will work closely with our Academic Quality and Compliance Manager, who has a strong background managing quality assurance in universities. The role involves: organising and managing the end of course processes for the 1500 delegates on our Masters programmes: MEd SEND and Inclusion

MEd Professional Practice in Dyslexia and Literacy

MEd Professional Practice in Maths-Related Difficulties

MEd Inclusive Educational Leadership

Organising and facilitating assessment boards with our validating partner - Middlesex University, through management of delegate submission data.

Supporting academic teams with the implementation of the continuous quality improvement (CQI) strategy through aggregating delegate evaluation data.

Supporting the team of tutors (both employed and freelance) working across our programmes.

Delegate performance in relation to PSRB requirements is taken extremely seriously,

carefully considered and reviewed by the course leader, tutors and discussed in detail at the exam board. I continue to be impressed by the design and rigour of assessment tasks, grading and moderation processes.

Communication in the run up to the board was excellent, and I had access to all papers and materials needed, including reflective reports and analysis of data trends.
