We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team at UK Management College (UKMC). In this pivotal part-time role, you will contribute to the enhancement and assurance of academic standards across our programs, helping to deliver an outstanding learning experience for students.

As an Academic Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our academic offerings remain compliant, relevant, and of the highest quality, in line with UK higher education regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of academic programs to ensure adherence to institutional and external quality standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse student performance data, module evaluations, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and review of academic policies and procedures to maintain best practices.
  • External Engagement: Liaise with external quality assurance agencies and professional bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support for Academic and Non-academic Staff: Provide guidance and support to academic staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality assurance activities and findings for senior management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as education, quality management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in academic quality assurance or a similar role in higher education.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A strong understanding of UK higher education regulations and quality frameworks.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience in using data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate).
