Key Responsibilities: Lead on all
SENDCO

education and training
plans meet high standards. Develop and monitor EHCPs, ensuring compliance with SEND legislation. Create an inclusive learning environment within a small, close-knit school community.
What We're Looking For: A qualified teacher with
SENDCO
accreditation (or willingness to obtain). Proven experience in supporting SEND pupils within primary education. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. A passion for enhancing
education and training
opportunities for children with additional needs. Have or be willing to process an enhanced DBS certificate.
