Regular travel to fixtures, meetings, and other events in connection with performance of the duties detailed below. Overall Purpose of the Job:

Provide gym delivery in line with the needs/wants of the Academy Lead Sport Scientist and program. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Personal Growth: Undertake self-development to ensure knowledge in relation to all aspects of your role is up-to-date and forward-thinking. Build relationships throughout the Academy and broader. Other: Support the delivery of pre-games/training warm-ups & activations. Support delivery of pre-programmed sessions. Maintain Health & Safety protocols. Participate in self-reflective practice & disciplinary meetings. Such other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the post and to assist the Academy Manager/Academy Lead Sport Scientist. Qualifications: Completed a degree in Sports Science or similar, or hold a relevant strength and conditioning qualification (Level 3 and above). Required Experience: Experience of working in at least 1 of the following roles: Sport Science Strength & Conditioning On a MSc course On a UKSCA or equivalent course Knowledge and/or experience of at least 1 of the following: Physical development Strength & Conditioning Medical Sport Science Physical Education ICT experience of PMA, Excel, Word, and any other software as required to carry out the duties required for the job. Personal Qualities:
