Required as soon as possible 36 hours per week, 41 weeks per year Salary: £27,668 - £29,747 per annum Grade 4 Spinal Point 10-15 FTE: £30,630 - £32,931 (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting) Our mission is to ‘inspire learners and change lives’ – and that includes our staff. To help us, we wish to appoint an experienced and high calibre Academy Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) Lead. The successful candidate will have experience of working in career guidance or a related setting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to high quality careers service delivery. The candidate will have the flexibility to support the occasional evening events. A professional qualification in Careers Guidance is desirable, ideally at Level 6. However, there may be opportunities to train to Level 6 while working for us.
