Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to be part of a team pioneering the new CLCH Academy? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Academy Coordinator to join the team at a time of change and innovation. CLCH provides learning and development services across a number of inner London and outer boroughs. The post holder will work as part of an administrative team to provide a full range of administration, coordination of training and welcome services to CLCH and our Academy partners. This includes interacting with internal and external training delegates, managers and trainers in planning, delivery, management and evaluation of training activities that enhance the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The post will be based mainly in Inner London with the flexibility to cover any of the training bases during the core service hours. The post holder must have excellent customer service skills, adept in communicating with people at different levels. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office skills such as Excel, have experience of using a Learning Management System, be highly motivated, flexible and adaptable to change, and be willing to innovate and try new things. The post holder will be committed to the success of the team and Academy, have good organisational skills, be eager to learn, and will go the extra mile. Main Duties of the Job

This post is for a 1-year fixed-term contract to support with the coordination and reporting of the Oliver McGowan training across the North West London ICS. Working for Our Organisation
