We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a

Training Administrator . In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the training function and ensuring the smooth running of training operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries, providing answers to simple questions and directing more complex ones to the appropriate team member. Organize and coordinate training sessions, including booking courses, trainers, and venues. Send booking details to participants and ensure they have all necessary information. Process orders and manage invoices related to training activities. Update and maintain accurate training records. Issue training certificates to participants upon course completion. Collect feedback from training participants to help improve future sessions. Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks. Capable of multitasking and managing multiple activities simultaneously. Additional Information: This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the potential for a permanent position after successful completion of the initial temporary period.
