This exciting opportunity with a highly respected City accountancy firm is an initial 12 month contract with potential for a premenent position with long term career progression within the company.

You will be providing administration and finance support to the business to enable the smooth running of day-to-day tasks. Working closely with and assisting the Practice and Finance Manager.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Finance Du ties

General SB bookkeeping

Sales ledger - processing invoices to clients

Purchase ledger - processing invoices from suppliers and making payments

Daily bank reconciliations.

Monthly expenses reporting
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly VAT Returns.
  • Assisting with monthly management reporting; Fees billed, WIP and Debtor reports
  • Managing Client Accounts; making payments as requested and monthly bank

Reconciliation and reporting.
  • Allocation of rechargeable expenses

Admin Du ties:

In charge for maintaining CCH (time recording) system.

Creating and maintaining new client and employee records.

Processing of staff Timesheets.

Trouble shooting

Run monthly reports for management reporting and other ad hoc report

Fee Protection service administration
