Key Responsibilities: Lead and support care teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care. Act as a champion for service user dignity, safety, and independence. Supervise and mentor team members, promoting professional growth. Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure tailored support for service users. Oversee care delivery, including medication management and care planning. Uphold best practices and compliance with relevant legislation.

About You: Minimum 1 year in staff supervision or team management. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Strong leadership, effective communication, and organisational abilities. Experience in supported living, safeguarding practices, and relevant legislation. Flexible, reliable, and passionate about making a difference.
