Existing Staff: Must have a contract of employment. Job role must align with the training programme. No age restrictions. Staff under 25: Eligible for Employer NI exemption during training. Support available for recruitment, including payroll services for temp contracts (16-35 hours per week). Employer decides at the end of training whether to offer a permanent contract.
