We have a large team of Accessibility consultants with diverse backgrounds, and we work with a huge range of household names. The day-to-day work is varied. For example, it can include auditing websites and apps, composing accessibility statements, running training sessions, facilitating user research, advising on accessibility strategy, and more. The Role

We are looking for people to join us who have a passion for accessibility and usability and want to make the digital world more accessible. Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following: Knowledge of digital accessibility, usability, user-centred design, universal design, or inclusive design Understanding of web, mobile, or software development Experience with testing frameworks and standards, ideally Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Experience with user research, such as moderated user testing Confidence in public speaking and delivering training We welcome applications from both generalists and specialists, that is, candidates with some experience in several of the above.
