A group of leading clothing and footwear brands is seeking an Accessories Product Developer with 3–5 years of experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Accessories Designer to coordinate production across all collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all samples are developed on time and meet specifications. Create and maintain line lists and price lists. Negotiate with factories and manage pricing from suppliers. Oversee prototypes, SMS, and pre-production requests. Research materials, components, construction techniques, and finishes. Conduct visual research, create sketches, prepare tech packs, and develop mock-ups. Identify quality control issues and implement processes to improve product quality. Regularly update the WIP report. We are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge of accessories products, materials, construction techniques, and finishes. Experience working with suppliers in both the Far East and Europe is essential.
