Key Responsibilities: Delivering care plans for patients and ability to work efficiently within a busy A&E department. Carrying out assessments and blood tests. Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses. Observing patient’s condition and recording information. Administering medications. Registered General Nurse . Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in patient care. Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy towards patients' experiences. At least 6 months' NHS experience as an Accident & Emergency Nurse (within the last 3 years). Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining patient records and accessing medical information.
