Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in patient care. Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy towards patients' experiences. At least 6 months' NHS experience as an Accident & Emergency Nurse (within the last 3 years). Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining patient records and accessing medical information.
