£35k - £40k (Live-in Available) About the Role On behalf of our valued client, we are seeking an exceptional Accommodation Manager to lead their dynamic team at a popular UK holiday resort. Our client is renowned for creating memorable escapes, and the Accommodation Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each guest’s stay is unforgettable. Key Responsibilities As Accommodation Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and their cleaning teams to deliver accommodation of the highest quality. Empower team leaders to address guest complaints and queries effectively, while providing support when required. Oversee and maintain rigorous cleaning and presentation standards across the resort. Monitor guest feedback and use insights to continuously enhance the guest experience. Conduct regular audits to ensure standards are consistently met. Work collaboratively with the park management team to achieve the resort’s overall objectives. The Ideal Candidate Our client is looking for someone who has: Demonstrated success in leading and managing cleaning or housekeeping teams in a hospitality setting. Outstanding people skills to inspire and motivate teams to excel. Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols. The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
