Your responsibilities will include:
Managing key aspects of the recruitment process, including CV submissions and interview scheduling. Collaborating with Hiring Managers to gather feedback. Raising worker contracts through our HR system and conducting inductions for new starters. Providing top-notch care for Associates throughout their assignments, handling queries and concerns with professionalism. Maintaining absence trackers and managing time-sheets to ensure compliance. Analysing key HR and recruitment metrics and keeping our processes efficient. Attending scheduled Associate surgeries to foster communication and support.
To excel in this role, you should have:
Previous recruitment or basic HR experience, showcasing key competencies in the field. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders. Effective verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. A flexible and proactive approach to your workday, adapting to changing priorities seamlessly.
